With reference to my letter No. 782/3244

of 11th ultimo, I have the honour to report that, in

compliance with the directions contained in your letter

No.4266 of 24th idem, I again communicated with H.B.M.

Consul General at Canton with regard to the insult to

H. M. S. "Robin" at Luklao and I now enclose his reply,

together with a report from H. M. S. "Robin".
